I've been getting life for the past week. Imagine a Joan of Arc or WAOM mash-up on tour.

So sumptuous. I love that it's so dark - there's a feeling of hopelessness - and still a classic, cinematic ballad with that subtle Spanish flavor. Ah, I really love that entire album. Probably the only release from M where I don't dislike a single song.
My first Madonna memory was at 5. 1982. My mom was messin with a DJ and he gave her da vinyl to Everybody. He thought it was garbage lol. I loved da cover with da streets of NYC since I lived there.
My favorite Madonna ballad is probably X Static Process.

I've always known Madonna as the biggest female pop star of all time when I was a kid (mid-90's) since she was mentioned in my English and music textbooks, and the media referenced her quite often. I used to think she was some deceased legend like Marilyn until I saw the Hollywood video on TV Then it came the Confessions era , Hung Up/album commercials were on heavy rotation and I thought the whole leotard look was super tacky But I became a stan once I watched the Confessions Tour dvd.
Am I the only one who lives for the tour remixes of Girl Gone Wild, Give Me All Your Luvin', Celebration (MDNA), Vogue (Sticky & Sweet), Future Lovers/I Feel Love and Live To Tell (Confessions)?
Madonna's worst in recent times is Like A Virgin Waltz.
I loooove Body Shop...I'm so happy she'll perform it live.....The way the song builds up...and it sticks out of RH in a good way....
I'm making myself listen to the entire album again since the tour is next month, and I still can't get into it. The La Vie En Rose rumour BETTER be true.
Anyway, I'm still obsessed with the Confessions Tour . It's been exactly one week since I founf my old DVD and I have been playing it everynight since then .
Isaac is still A++++++ and so is Jumpr , that leg spreading during Like a Virgin, Let It Will Be, Like It Or Not and the whole final segment
In one word : HEAVEN !!!!!
Let It Will Be and Paradise (Not For Me) is indeed not for me. Kinda let downs. I actually don't care to watch Madonna kick and punch on the stage. I can only imagine what it looked like at an actual show.
