No not really. She's not releasing it while on TOUR. Ppl record while on tour all the time its just that Rihanna decided to do it all at once.
If she tours from February to August and release the album in November
Thats 6 months. She's not gonna be on TOUR every single day. She can even start recording in September. Just as long as all the songs are already written and the producers and stuff are picked it can be done. An album can be recorded and done in a month if everything is structured properly. Beyonce recorded B'Day in nine days. And that is a really good album.
