The initial capacity and number of tickets that were put on sale for the venue was 65k. Since the full 65k capacity sold out until August, they kept adding new seating sectors and also putting on sale more General Admission tickets, trying to squeeze more people into that standing zone. 3 NEW seating zones, really close to the stage, have gone on sale around 3 weeks ago and completely sold out until today. So since the initial number of 65k sold out, they added more tickets for the show, giving more people a chance to see her and that's why she is playing for around 70k if not even more.
Its the exact same case as Paris were 62k tickets were put on sale initally, but since all of them sold out in the first weeks they added more tickets and in the end she performed for over 70k.
