For the first year of her career she was uncomfortable and still trying to get used to everything. Then around the time bad romance hit and her tour started she opened up became preachy called her fanbase little monsters and herself mother monster. Also her fanbase became much bigger. Even during the btw era she was having fun talking about drinking jameson, having fun, etc. She's not a schizophrenic mess. She's a person who over time has changed and evolved as well as opened up more.

They see the image change and think SHE'S changed.She's always been the same person but has definitely experimented with her image like most artist do. But she knew that changing the music and image that some of the fans just were not ready for that. They wanted more of TFM.

This. I'm not saying she's predicted her own levels of success of course, that's absurd.
I just think she has all her major ideas far, far in advance, perhaps choosing the best ones when the time comes.
I think everyone works that way. We think about our future or what to do for future projects and if there's one we like we'll hold onto it for later. I doubt she comes up with major ideasor concepts years in advance though. For example the idea of ARTPOP came to her at some point about a year ago and she probably started coming up with tons of ideas including thinking candy warhol would fit well with the theme.

I like her experimental music but only for album songs. Single releases I like her to be commercial ready, risky is fine though. She's always been risky to me.

I just think her album concepts and actual songs come spoteneously. For example, I don't think she knows what album 5 is about but there are likely some ideas leftover from ARTPOP she will use for the 5th album.
