Don't trust the scale. Don't do so many weigh-ins. I weighed myself last week and I was 145lbs then 1 day later I checked again to make sure I was 137lbs.
Some scales are super messy too.
The scale at Gold's Gym says I'm 171, where my own personal scale says I'm 164.
I kinda miss working out, but I don't like dieting and working out at the same time. I'm lucky I lose weight rapidly with dieting alone - I lose 1lb every 2 days eating 1200calories. Planning on getting back to working out once I'm at my ideal weight to tone up before June.
Yeah I need to go back to the gym asap. My belly is slowly starting to grow. Its the one thing that I've been worries about. I looked in the mirror and DID NOT like what I saw...

Then how do I know how much I really weigh or if I'm losing weight

Weigh yourself every month. The thing about weighing yourself every week is that you might get discouraged and resort to eating food if you see a number that you aren't too happy about. All these weight TV programs (Obese etc) always have their participants officially weigh every 3 months or something.

I'm going to Vegas and I'm gonna be there for 4 days! How do I NOT cheat on my diet? There's Buffets EVERYWHERE! And I know my Mom is gonna take, for sure
Exercising won't be a problem for me and I'll be staying at my sister"s house. She eats kinda healthy but not really lol.
Protein shakes are my problem too. I just can't take them. They're honestly so nauseating to me. So I just try to eat natural proteins as much as possible.

I can stomach protein shakes simply because I know exactly what to out in it. I get chocolate protein powder, chocolate milk, and peanut butter an mix it. It tastes just like a Reese Peanut Butter Cup....
