Blame Billboard for lumping Alternative songs into the "Hot Rock Songs" chart. Lorde ends up topping that as it's based on the same formula as the Hot 100, and suddenly it's the best Rock song of 2013

I don't have US numbers. Worldwide album numbers according to mediatraffic.de are 2,536,000. But mediatraffic only count the 40 weeks she has been in top 40 and she slipped outside the top 40 for a week, then returned again last week.

I got the numbers from mediatraffic.de and put them in a spreadsheet and I *think* they are all o.k.
But I won't be offended if you check them yourself as I often get these things wrong.
