This is wrong. Celine is above Mariah in pure record sales.
Plus, we no longer do this stuff by pure record sales but by TEAs otherwise it would be about 100 times easier to move up the list thanks to digital single sales. Rihanna is nowhere near the top ten.

It looks like TSC has been discounted WW! I just bought a copy on iTunes for 3.99 and apparently it's in the top 300 on UK iTunes and it's also on sale in the US, where it's also rising. yay for catalogue sales
