They could animate the short stories or Sailor V's manga but the latter doesn't have as much demand as the whole franchise.

By the way, just watched Sailor Moon La Renconquista and it's pretty good even though I don't like musicals.
ALSO, the next musical is called Amour Eternal and it will be based on the Dream arc so I assume that we might get the new season in 2016 Q4 or next year.

My weave... This episode snatched me good and hard. Sailor Moon sacrificing herself made my eyes watery but the part when Saturn came out... I was basically scalped. I'll take that mini transformation, lol. Death Ribbon looks great. Next week episode is going to be even better I hope they'll give Neo Queen her silver/white hair and not blonde. And Pharoah 90 was actually somewhat scary and he only got eyes in this anime, right?

Sailor moon looked SO beautiful right before she went into Pharaoh 90, Angel meets Butterfly realness
The best animation of the entire series in that one scene.
When she was falling it gave me Sailor Moon Classic Dream Arc ending with her and Chibi Moon falling down that building. That was a beautiful scene too.

Legit had me emotional too. Ugh.
