She was obviously going to get a boost no matter what she sang at the Grammy Awards but she shouldn't have paid the current single and one of her best songs dust.
At this point, I even doubt that WWWY will go top 10 on BB Hot 100, its updates on radio are meh, in iTunes is not doing much and it doesn't and very likely won't have a video. Thank God she loves the song, I couldn't imagine how she'd treat it if she didn't.
She clearly didnt perform it because its underperforming on all metrics and last time she sang All I Ask on tv it got an amazing reception. She made the right choice.
True. The tragic choice of the night was Rihanna not performing Abel performing already peaked no one cares about single In The Night, in a bad version too. He should have sung Acquainted (which is the new Rhythmic/Urban single) or even an album track, it would have helped the album much more.
7 Years keeps increasing in UK. +500k plays daily on Spotify too. (Only Hello got higher with +700k back in October iirc).
Adele said she likes to promote different songs from the album and not just stick to the current single..A reverse experience

I'm sure she said that when she was promoting 25 during its first two weeks because she didn't want to be singing Hello on every show. She really should have gone with WWWY which hasn't had a single performance since it became an official single.
Also why would she try to promote the album when it's a fact it's going diamond by june at the latest. She should be trying to get more hit singles while she's not on tour

I feel like maybe someone influenced her to have that last minute song choice change since Columbia Records already confirmed WWWY will be performed in the Grammys as it was in their promo banner...All I Ask was just announced on the day of Grammys
