Finished watching "Hush" last night, and wow, I loved it. Kind of Don't Breathe's little sister.

Blair Witch was ****. Don't know why they thought the best way to progress from the original was to turn it into a slasher but ok. The Blair Witch herself was cool at least.

And yeah Hush is so good. Mike Flanagan is such a great horror director.

Last night I watched Black Christmas (1974). Idk why but I love this movie so much. The creepiness of Billy and the phone calls. The house mom always cracked me up. I actually really like the remake too.

I also watched The Purge: Election Year and it definitely was my favorite of the 3 and entertaining.

Don't Breathe did right everything that Hush did wrong. Much more effective use of silence/senses.

Conjuring 137, Conjuring II 102, Annabelle 84
Paranormal III 104, Paranormal II 85...died down quite a bit since then
Insidious II 84...interesting that it's so much higher than I and III's 50s

Don't Breathe is already at 85 and still T10 at the weekend box office...

Just watched Election Year and it was very satisfying, I have set standards for these Purge films and I was happy. Specially cuz of how much I LOVE Elizabeth Mitchell.
