I've never said he's the complete solution to all her current problems but as long as he gives us great beats and a great production, I'm here for it.

It was not successful because she released a song about a reviled religious figure on the week of Easter. I mean, you have to be asking to be reproached by doing stuff like that. I still find it hard to believe that anyone on her team did not advise against it.

Gaga and RedOne need to have a sit down and get it together. The problem with RedOne is that he extremely reductive. His songs either sound the same or like someone else's. He peaked with Bad Romance, and even that was an ode to Poker Face. Then you have Gaga, who has a perfectly good instrumental but sings about being in love with the man who killed Jesus. In short, RedOne needs to become more serious and Gaga needs to dumb herself down for her core audience.

These two can make magic together though, but the spark just isn't there. Scheisse was hot though. I hope they can tap into some new found inspiration on Gaga's next album and raise the bar - just as they once did.

He's the one that made Poker Face, Bad Romance and Scheisse, so HE NEEDS TO STAY
