I hate cowriting. I wrote a few songs with 3 of my friends in 2011 and they were all so basic. But then that fall I found this girl that I started writing songs with and we wrote some good ones and she helped form my dark writing style. The songs I've written since are all better though. Interesting. I think it's definitely different for person to person. I'm really open so I could hopefully do it pretty easily with someone, but if you're more closed it is probably hard idk
I'm going to assume you'll definitely make it far enough to this challenge so
I get the feeling you and I are on the same page about collaborations, but let me just say this. There are only 2 reasons I'll do a collaborative challenge in the future : 1) it was massively requested here a few days ago and 2 of the judges really want it too, 2) I'm hoping for really messy pairings, like YoungCalifornia and posh writing a heterosexual song about being queer or GotSkill and you writing a song about being a horny, suicidal, religious bottom
Imagine me sending some song about fairy dust to Young, and he replies "dude, that's sick."
But I like Britney's verses a little bit.
