I hope she performs the new single on the X-Factor around mid-late November (she'll be there for Children In Need, right?); that will surely give her a significant increase.
Y&I isn't supposed to be a big hit, and with JR performance + increasing airplay it will surely hit at least top20. I'd be fine with it.

Last time she was on XF, it was for the semi-finals. That was, and remains, the perfect time. The show with the second-highest ratings of the season (second only to the final), but without the winner's song to contend with for the #1 positions.
