The mods are the ones who warn the posts, usually. Only sometimes do fanbases report others in their fan base.
I don't understand how this thread got closed, the arts/design was since it was a thread about gifs
and the concept was imply shade with gifs being funny, not directly shading anyone.

Personally I wouldn't have closed it since it looked fine to me. However, I'm guessing the moderator who did probably closed it to prevent any examples given that would be flamebait.
Because it will trigger another influx of Gaga threads.
