Haven't seen the final episode to MHA yet, but here are some thoughts on other shows that ended the past few days:
Tanaka-kun: One of my favorite shows this season. Consistently funny, very pretty looking, and a charming cast that bounced off each other well. A comfy and relaxing show, I'll miss it a lot.
Kiznaiver: I'm not sure if I liked the finale script wise. The show definitely could have benefited from at least one more episode. However, overall the direction was topnotch, the visuals were gorgeous consistently, and the cast was very charming. Nico the best, Tenga a ****, HonokaXYuta is wonderful, Chidori slightly redeemed herself, Hisomu was tolerable, and the conclusion to Nori and Katsuhira's story was satisfying. Despite the rushed ending, the show delivered. Trigger did a very good job with this, and I'm very hopeful for LWA.
Haifuri: Not the second coming of Girls und Panzer, but I never expected lightning to strike twice. The naval warfare and the animation were great, and characters were fun to watch. But the naval stuff ended up taking a backseat early on to instead focus on fanservice hijinks. The addition of the mice was so stupid too. Enjoyable to an extent, but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, as it's just not a good show.
Flying Witch: The other comfy show this season, and also one of my favorites. The characters were a breath of fresh air, they all felt like real people. A simple, but very special show, I'll miss it on Saturdays. It always brought a smile to my face and was a great way to end the day.
Tonkatsu DJ Agetarou: A hidden gem, most will probably overlook this due to the artstyle. Unique premise that was a very fun watch. Never overstayed its welcome in the 9-minute runtime. Would definitely recommend this to someone.
Re:Zero 13: Basura living up to his name this episode, he was GARBAGE.
Literally told Emilia, "I'm a nice guy to you, so you owe me." He deserved to get his ass kicked emotionally and physically. Julius probably saved him too, because those knights were pissed at Subaru, and were terrified after Julius delivered that smackdown. They'll probably leave Subaru alone out of pity. I hope this becomes his new checkpoint for death.

MHA is a 10/10, AOTS, and one of my favorite animes. Can't wait for season 2. The last episode made it seem like it was coming sooner rather than later. can't decide if I should read the manga...I don't enjoy manga as much so I'm afraid to even try.
Looking forward to the last iron fortress episode this week. Probably an 8/10
Anime season was pretty good...haven't even begun to look at next season yet. Hopefully it's good too.
Naruto has been getting better. Chunin exam arc is very good so far. Loved when Sakura cut her hair and FINALLY went in a bit. She doesn't seem as bad as people say. Although, the extreme obsession with Sasuke and that being the reason she's not friends with Ino at the moment is pretty pathetic
And the show seems more centered around Sasuke rather than Naruto

Sailor Moon Crystal Season 3: Better than last season at least. The character designs and animation made this a much more pleasant experience to watch. The show actually had personality! That said, it being so short, we barely got to know or enjoy the characters. Also, everybody except Sailors Moon, Chibi Moon, and Saturn were pretty useless in the end. The plot itself was uninteresting, but Chiaki Kon's direction made it enjoyable because she actually gave the show some direction. I'm optimistic about a 4th season if this staff continues on.
Usakame: Worst season of Teekyuu. Doubling the length of the show (from 2 to 4 minutes) and changing the cast really hurt. Teekyuu strength is being balls-to-the-wall crazy, and this show was very mundane and boring. Cute, but that's it. I will say it looked very pretty, I like the colored pencil look. Hopefully Teekyuu takes a break until Itagaki comes back from Berserk.
My Hero Academia: Rather strong finale. Enjoyable show, but disappointing because it could've been better given the staff. Not the best adaptation, but far from the worst. I'd like to compare this to Bones' other show this season, Bungou Stray Dogs. I enjoyed BSD better because even though the material might be worse than MHA, the inspired and interesting direction and the crisp and consistent animation elevated the show and made it a fun watch. MHA was a safe, unambitious adaptation, but it was still good, so all's well that ends well I guess. Glad a second season is in development. Hopefully we get 2-cours, the show finally gets interesting at this point.
I think my Top 3 this season (in no particular order) is Jojo, Re:Zero, and Kiznaiver. Tanaka-kun, Flying Witch, and Luluco were also great. Other that Jojo, nothing close to AOTY, both Rakugo and Haikyuu still tied for the top spot. Nice season, excited for ReLife on Friday.

I watched Naruto when I was really young so I didn't really paid attention to the details of the other characters. I have a feeling, though, that if I watched Naruto now, I will genuinely dislike Sakura. I mean just remembering all the stuff she did(she did have highs tho but you know)

I wanted to love her but her priority was always Sasuke and trying to impress Sasuke like you think he wants your weak ass? He seemed the type to like STRENGTH and POWER, neither which she had at that time yet she was always trying to drag Naruto when he saved her all the damn time. Sasuke hated Naruto but started to reapect him because of his strength and determination. She acted like she wanted to become a Kunoichi just to impress Sasuke.
And in Shippudden, I wanted her to finally get stronger but all she really did was learn how to heal better and managed to learn how to punch hard like Her character is just a mess.

Kishimoto is the mess. He did not develop Sakura like he should have. Also he pretty much said f you to Sakura when Naruto healed Gai from his 8 gates release, but it should have been at least Sakura to do that. A DAMN MESS.

Great. So now I know still not to expect much from Sakura even though she had her "blossoming" moment.
Doesn't cutting hair usually symbolize growth and stuff in anime?

Ddd Yes; but not for sakura, she's the exception to that rule.

You don't know how much that pissed me off. Mashima basically went 'nope' to character development.

I put both Cross Game and Yu Yu Hakusho on hold for a while, but since I have a little free time now I'm trying to catch up with what I missed. Cross Game is fantastic, worthy of the immense praise it's gotten and I'm only 10 episodes in.
About 30 episodes into Yu Yu Hakusho, finally starting the Dark Tournament Arc. I remember watching this show when I was really little, but I never finished it and I didn't remember much. I really like the show so far, well executed shounen. I know how popular the Dark Tournament arc is, and it's already very hype so I have pretty high expectations.

Ugh same.
Not surprised though, it is Mashima. He likes to reverse development
