Would someone be able to estimate how far PNP is from a plat. certification?

Sales: roughly 575K
Streaming: 10.5M(audio) + 4.2M (lyric video) + 1.4M(lyric #2) + 65M(video) + 2.1M(clean) + 13.9M(Spotify) = 97.1M streams

Well has any label certified a song gold based on streaming...maybe High school so if not and its for platinum and above then we'd have to wait for it to sell 1M songs before adding streaming certs...if they can certify gold based on streams then I'd say if the video can reach 75M and streaming 25M I would hope the US part could make it platinum

It's really hard to say even with those numbers because we don't know what percentage of those streams are from the United States. I'm sure that it more than likely has enough points (sales + streams, including those streams from smaller sites/apps you didn't list) to get a platinum certification by now, but RIAA seems to be really picky.

So it appears as though the streaming certs have been for platinum not gold.
So PNP would have to sell 1M just like Anaconda to be platinum.
PNP isn't streaming to the point of getting certified anytime soon on that alone.

I could imagine Anaconda being platinum and then getting 2x platinum before the album based on sales + streaming.
The hope is that it gets 2x platinum on sales eventually and 2x platinum on streaming to get 4x platinum overall.

They're not going to certify anything again until probably right before the album or after the album hits 500K in sales because by then Anaconda will possibly be up for 3x Platinum. I'm hoping it'll be 4x Platinum by the end of the year (2x Platinum based off of sales & 2x Platinum based off of streams).
