Is it just me or are Nicole's managers intent on ruining her career?

Nicole needs a manager that will push for her career instead of regressing it like those two idiots, Ollie and Melissa.

At this point Andrew Llyod Webber should be handling Nicole's career, honestly, he seems to be the only person that have a vision for Nicole .

Nicole Scherzinger as an international pop star, like damn it's been 6 years since the PCD disbanded and none of her managers could get it right. Along with the shelved albums and shelved commercial endorsements.

Also I think the USA is a lost cause at this point, Americans hate Nicole Scherzinger. I just read an article about Nicole on the Huffington Post and the American audiences hate Nicole.

Nicole should focus on dominating the Europe and Asian markets, where people actually take Nicole seriously.

She seems to hire people who work for her, rather than people who work with her. I mean it seems that after PCD Nicole wanted to have her career her way, the only problem is that Nicole is no business woman and her past managers always seems to be handling in favour of her holidays and possible US attempts, rather than working with the loose ends she doesn't use and the dusted oppertunities she ignores.

A lot of pop stars are like Nicole. For example, Rihanna certainly isn't a business woman, remember when she had like something like a couple thousand dollars in her bank account because her management mismanaged her finances. But Rihanna has an excellent manager that is actually pushing for her career, her manager is the reason why she got those hit songs early on her career.

None of Nicole's managers are like that.

Also, after this CATS debacle I'm more convinced than ever that Nicole's market is Europe and Asia. The USA is just not here for Nicole.

That is what I meant though. The people Nicole hires are more "yes-sayers" if you get what a mean. They just do what they get told but have no vision to push nicole. They just do their job, and what Nicole wants. But they didn't add much to Nicole's overall career.

Had she had better people surrounding her after PCD that worked in Nicole's career interests, even if they would need to push and challange her, her career would probably have looked very different.

Well when you consider that the UK (Europe) is the best market for Nicole and that Americans just don't like Nicole, returning to the X Factor UK doesn't seem to be a bad idea now.

That's true. I think there's some kind of politics in the music industry that's making it difficult for Nicole to go solo. I mean Nicole met with David Foster at the beginning of her career and she's had connections with people like will.i.am very early on, Nicole was at the beginning on the same level as Rihanna when Rihanna was just starting out (remember that flop duet they did), she's obviously talented and beautiful, but somehow no one has bothered to push for her solo career, Nicole herself has had to do it on her own.

This might get off topic but I do recall that Nicole was supposed to be a soloist under Nick Hexum's (her ex-fiancée, Nicole almost got married) management who seemed intent on capitalising on her as a soloist. Nick was the reason why Nicole didn't join the Black Eyed Peas, since Nick wanted Nicole as a soloist.

At least the Britons acknowledge her talent though, most Americans don't even know this and just assume otherwise. Andrew himself said that American producers don't know about Nicole's skills and talents. Plus, Nicole at least sells records in the UK and Europe.
