Besides the fact that she has two hit songs ("Just Dance"/"Poker Face") at the moment and the "LoveGame" already has a video, and it's picking up in US airplay because people think it's going to be the next US single since it's the current Canadian single. "Eh Eh" is also in the pop chart since the video release.
That's not promotion, that's just pure legendary work.
I disagree. Lots of people watch Idol and I think that song is gonna get crazy downloads because Kelly hasn't been back to perform one of her songs in a long time. It could very well hit #1 again.

Music videos are promotion, but not the best promotion. But still, GaGa's doing very good for herself considering that fact that a year ago people had no idea who the hell she was.

The "LoveGame" music video wasn't intended for the United States, at least not yet anyways. It being found and enjoyed is what is making it rise on iTunes in this country. Plus the fact that people just love Gaga.
^Exactly. But still, a video is promo. No matter what country it's intended for, it's still the world wide web where anyone can view it. When people search for GaGa's videos, I'm sure LoveGame and Eh Eh come up along with Just Dance and Poker Face. It's still great either way, IMO. Now the Start Struck thing is what gets me back. It's the one that doesn't even have a video!
86. Starstruck - Lady GaGa, Space Cowboy & Flo Rida
59. LoveGame - Lady GaGa
10. Just Dance - Lady GaGa & Colby O'Donis
3. Poker Face - Lady GaGa
Great!

UK iTunes:
114. Paparazzi - Lady GaGa
104. Love Game - Lady GaGa
84. Beautiful, Dirty, Rich - Lady GaGa
12. Just Dance - Lady GaGa & Colby O'Donis
2. Poker Face - Lady GaGa
Yes it is I still think LoveGame's iTunes success won't derail the possibility of Starstruck being the next single, because LG is obviously climbing due to the promotion its getting from having the video released to iTunes, whereas SS is recieving decent downloads just because its a fan favorite.
