I heard the song on the radio today and freaked out because I thought Katharine released another song.

Slow wasn't well received at first people hated it, it took a while for people to warm up to the song. Practically her whole fan-base disowned her for releasing Red-Blooded Woman.. There were so many meltdowns, even today if you go on her fan forum they trash her in that era so bad. Kylie fans can be brutal, if they don't like something they will be out for blood.
I was (am) a fan and bought the album, Red Blooded Woman was my bop I wasn't connected to the online community though.
"Slow" will forever be a masterpiece and the video is arguably her best.

Gaga looks like a barefaced Marilyn Manson in that selfie. Joanne is very smart. Everything she does is for a reaction. Hopefully, she doesn't pull out all of the stops too soon though.
