Carrie Underwood's "Blown Away" dips from #30 to #31 in its eighth week. The song tops the 1 million mark in digital sales this week. It's Underwood's 10th million-seller, a total topped by only one country artist in digital history. Taylor Swift has had 16. Josh Kear and Chris Tompkins, who co-wrote Underwood's best-selling hit, "Before He Cheats," also did the honors on "Blown Away"

All Access says "Blown Away" is being released to HAC through RCA. I've never seen Carrie associated with RCA before. Maybe this is a sign they're going pour some resources in to promoting this thing?
The only contract Carrie has is with Arista Nashville. When BHC became a hit, she still had a contract with Arista New York which did the promo for that single but she redid her contract and cut her ties with them so she has no outside source of promo besides Arista Nashville

They could of done a one time deal with this song but it is strange. Who knows, it could of just been listed wrong as well
