Even Spain wasn't really here for him this era though, everything he tried outside of Italy was a complete flop. Only the duet with Malú did decently and that's cause he was on La Voz and performed the song on TV several times. He'd have to make catchier music again to appeal to foreign crowds. Maybe if he does, then Mexico will finally forgive him too.
