I would love if people would actually try to add some value to the conversation rather than repeating **** that someone else has said. Check any thread - ppl repeated the same 5-6 disses and put some half assed response, hoping for other stans to reply with a one word answer/+1/a series of emoticons... god forbid they add some value (even if its negative, idc as long as it's new) to the conversation...
No one is defending Perez, he is the definition of a c*nt. Great job @ reading comprehension. No one is pro-Perez. No one is too impressed with Gaga either, that's all - people aren't buying the sudden victim act.
@Chris_Tanasoff, I may not agree with your words exactly but the people who are so quick to put you down attempting to discount your observation by repeating "omgomg you spent so much time on this lolol try hard loser" look like ****ing idiots to a good portion of ATRL due to how desperately basic that reply is. It's just mildly worthless dragging them individually because of their fear of logophobia (that's a fear of words, I suspect that these individuals may lack the curiosity and initiative to google that one themselves - feel free to use kids, ya might need it) and they unfortunately it's clear that they require everything spelt out for them so that part is inevitable. I respect that you actually put effort into your opinion and provided evidence. Honestly. More people need to try it on this forum, even when it doesn't go well for them.
0 f*cks are given @ their baby attempts at dragging, so I will continue with my essay:
You people (I would call you out by name, but I suspect the repetition is just a manifestation of your low self esteem and I don't want you to cry yourself to sleep anymore than usual tonight) are listening to only ONE side of a story and are automatically taking the side of that ONE person. Gaga has PROVEN she will use Twitter unethically multiple times in the last two weeks. She conveniently had her one big breakdown over a famous, extremely recognizable "stalker" while an actual legitimate stalker was watching her apartment, and then she invited the legitimate stalker to take a picture of the "stalker" with his mother and baby - we assume for "legal" purposes, in which case the security cameras swarming the building would have sufficed/the doorman + anyone else in the lobby + the fan's testifying as a witness/her security/hotel security could have seized extra evidence. She could have avoided giving him PRESS and shut him up spectacularly behind closed doors. Not to mention the apartment has an obligation to keep their current tenants safe and clearly she could block him instantaneously from renting if necessary. When she actually had her address leaked out a few days later, did she freak out that there were swarms of random, faceless people lurking outside her apartment? Not a peep. But she did end her little twitter fued with Perez "well remember to tune in to GMA tomorrow for the applause music video" - how convenient. Stop the drama, start the music indeed.
Do you know why those fans weren't in her lobby, whereas Perez managed to enter the building? Guess. When you pay $22 000 rent, your building has extensive security. He must have been authorized or why the hell would the doorman allow him to enter? He must have actually had some appointment, even IF he had some super secret reason of wanting to check it out. Even if Perez was sending her daily threatening texts a day, why wasn't her security team/her building team aware of the threat, that's their JOB. No one is going to let that cash cow die easily - they are keeping her extraordinarily safe, I promise you. Her jumping from Madonna shooting her to Perez shooting her is a bit of an extreme escalation. He's a ****ing bully - she knew that, she was best friends with him at his bullying PEAK. She is simply not that stupid, I refuse to believe it. Her reaction was ridiculously suspicious. You are delusional and biased to think otherwise, and simply a ****** human being for dragging some person who had the courage to speak up. Grow a ****ing set of balls and perhaps practice what your fave preaches. I legitimately like Gaga, but a good part of that is because I know she's not a saint and I'm comfortable with it. I think you should begin getting comfortable with the idea yourselves.
tl;dr: I'm so bored with some of you, props to Chris who was actually original, Perez continues to be a dick and Gaga's behaviour is either retarded or cunning.

Thank you.
I couldn't have written that better myself.
Sadly since joining ATRL I feel like a lot of the ATRL community are a lot like the way you just described. I also feel like it runs deeper.
There will be some people that don't want to hear this truth but the moderators of this page do not do their jobs properly. I'll give you a great example:
There is a thread on this page about the "HOT 100". A recent addition to the rules of the billboard hot 100 chart is that official video views are now counted towards chart performance. I pointed out on the thread that gaga's (and until VERY recently katy perry's) new video were the ONLY VIDEOS advertised on the billboard hot 100 article which included the list of the top ten. My opinion was, that because billboard are responsible for the official charts they should not be advertising the video of any artist on a top ten list. I feel like it shows Preference and is unfair to all the other artists that din't get their video advertised (remember views now count towards chart performance)
Anyways, of course there were so many people that displayed the behaviour you just described, one person called me a "liar" so I responded saying that he/she was being an ignorant teenager. A short time later I get a message in my inbox:
Yes, you read that right. I was deducted a point for being "too abrasive" all the while, in the same message informing me I was too abrasive the subject line was "Calm the F**k down about a f**k**g video player"
Are these moderators for real? first of all what was abrasive about making an accurate statement on someone's behaviour. News flash: They are an ignorant teenager.
I think we can also all safely assume which pop star that particular moderator follows.
ATRL has become a sad tool for it's members and moderators to express their own personal likes and dislikes without engaging in proper discussion.

Amazing pretty much It was just either a pretty bad coincidence or Gaga knew what she was doing.

Perez is full of **** when he claims he won't share his story of his falling out with Gaga due to it still being too painful. Obviously whatever he has to say about her will implicate himself as well. Sabotaging Xtina was only a small part, me thinks. (although I've gotta say, Bionic was pretty sucky anyway) And Gaga is equally full of ****. I love her music for the most part but any non-stan can see through her act as well.

None of this makes any of them look good.
It's pretty obivious that Perez got something on GaGa which both are involved but at the same time he's no saint for regreting it after they fight and GaGa burns him out of her life.
I'm pretty sure everyone knew perez was an ass way before but I have a strong feeling when it's all said and done GaGa will be the one losing most of the respect all over the music industry and from fans.
Only a matter of time.

Both Gaga and Perez love drama and are vile to their core. Gaga is better at pretending to be nice; Perez tried but his bitchiness can't be tamed.

The Behaviour of lady gaga during this incident is all very telling about her state of mind and the kind of pressure she's under because of applause not living up to expectations.
First of all Perez Hilton is not always a nice person however, that doesn't mean he is always wrong.
Perez was shown an apartment by a REALTOR while lady gaga was in LA and he was with his MOTHER and BABY SON. - those are not the actions of a stalker.
Lady gaga's paranoid behaviour is a typical side-effect of serious drug use.
Lets look at some of her tweets for example.
This one here she actually allows fans inside her apartment building to photograph Perez - That's insane in itself.
And then you have this tweet, which is even MORE psychotic than the last.
Who and what has gone too far? How?
WHAT THE F HAS GONE TOO FAR?
Calling her new song unoriginal? Boring? Saying she’s a copycat? Calling her desperate? Comparing her work with other people’s work?
Let me remind you, this is the same woman who recently justified and indirectly acknowledged the uncanny similarities between her work and others’ by stating “I’m every icon."
This is the same woman whose fan base famously wishes death, cancer, Aids, and rape to anyone who does not speak highly of Gaga in public: either a blogger, a journalist, a comedian, or a fellow musician, and their extended families. THIS, dear Lady Gaga, has gone too far.
And then earlier we had this totally insane tweet.
She named Madonna on it. “Madonna,” the one who has nothing to do with her drama. “Madonna,” the one who just happened to be celebrating her birthday. Perfect timing.
what “accident” is she talking about?
Not being able to sell out her shows should not be described as an “accident.” Maybe she meant her (alleged) hip injury: a labral tear, which now she says was “actually broken.”
But according to Lady Gaga herself, she kept her hip injury as “a secret” for months. For months she’s been saying she didn’t want anyone to know about her pain, while on tour. She said no even her assistants knew about it. In fact, neither did she.
But now, suddenly, Perez Hilton knew the day of her “accident.” He must be a mind reader / spiritual doctor then.
Lady gaga as Perez says, Needs serious help.
