yeah they aren't sure of OTR at all. I mean they have not taken any action yet for it, premiered Run out of nowhere and pushed OTR back to October. It's like damage control, before any damage has been done. I think they also did it probably sideways because YL has not died yet in some countries, if OTR came out Monday, YL would have peaked in France while it is a slow burner there.
Though in a lot of countries YL is over and OTR will need the momentum there to lift the album, if she indeed plans a EU/UK release in October. But something feels fishy.
