Gaga has never sampled anyone (Y&I excluded since it was actually Brian May on the song). She straight up ripped off that one song with Americano, but since the people are dead, nothing happened. She just needs to stop being inspired.

That's true, I didn't hear about the Americano thing though. But tbh i'm glad something inspires her
it shows that she's human. And like you said she's never sampled before, but you know shady ass Madonna stans will say that she's "copying" and same with music hipsters of the past.
