The color of the shirt matters because people are expecting the Bernie nurses to be in red and Hillary's people in blue, like they have been the entire time. They're purposely trying to confuse people to get some of Bernie's votes. I mean... the nurses currently at the caucus are saying this. It's wrong and they know it.

What? Both candidates have a variety of colored campaign apparel. Hillary has campaign apparel that aligns with the target group that is for her campaign, whether they're for HRC, PP, SEI, Nurses, Students, Universities, Mothers, etc.
Heck, there are some Bernie stickers, shirts, hats, etc that have a similar Hillary shade of blue, but we're not gonna make that a big deal of it.
