Hillary's people (or whoever those people are, volunteers) are purposely changing their blue shirts to red (the color of the union that's supporting Bernie) to confuse people. Bernie supporters could mistakenly stand with them and vote for Hillary.
Hillary's team has been in blue the entire time. The nurses were the ONLY people in red. And now on caucus day, they decide to change shirts... it's a cheap tactic to try and gain votes.
