maybe she'll surprise us and actually release an album she gives a **** about and do abit of promo like she did for the Intimate Britney line and do a few one-off shows and promo performances in select countries alongside doing her residency.

That could work. Record the album in Vegas, take a year off from POM, put out the album, promote it a little, do a few shows overseas (the Intimate Britney Tour), chillout / rehearse for a few months, then go back to Vegas.
