She also needs someone who can put good performances together, like with good production, choreo, arrangements and stuff.
I think the last time she had one of those performances was in the Japan MTV VMAs or something where she sang The Edge of Glory & BTW.

Having a great team means nothing if the artist isn't able to pull it off.
Tity is a great example, I still can't believe that her X Factor performance of Unconditionally was like SO BAD but the production, props, the choreo, everything around her was so flawless except of her singing the song
We love dragging Godga for this (her team or lack of team ) but not everybody can do it even with all the help in the world!
True Blood and Dexter. Amazing first two seasons (well, Dexter had many more tbh) only to be completely undermined and destroyed by incompetent writing and only marginally saved by good acting.
The entire "Dexter" series was always trash. "True Blood's" final season was trash, but it was the only season
that was absolute trash. The rest of the seasons were good. The best seasons were one and two, though.
Erm, everybody that wants to sell an album? And I'm not talking about a "conceptual album", just to have a clear concept of what you want your album to be, the vibe, what you represent as an artist, etc. That's what's missing from all this new artists that sell a ton of singles but have terrible album sales, they're missing a concept for their albums. They can have one or two great songs, but that's it.
That's why just a few new artists are selling albums.
