She tried to release an album in the US so many times, obviously she would try it again after Cats... I love her but she just cant win in the US. That would be good timing. I actually don't need a full album. But it would be a good plan to actually release a stand-alone single. Get her name out there with the Mixtape as buzz, and use XFactor to promote a stand-alone single

well, one thing I'm hoping for AT LEAST, is that she milked her contract not just money wise, but secured big budget promotional platforms for the upcoming new music.
Simon was desperate to get Nicole and I hope she used that.

This. She could have done Cats from July-September, just like she did in the UK, and join the X factor panel in September/October for Judges Houses and Live shows. They could have celebrity guest judges for the auditions, like 2012.
This way, she makes her Broadway debut, she gets the critical acclaim and she gets her name out there in the US, and she also wins back the UK public and gets her paycheck for X Factor.

I know it's a lot of work, but if there's one person who could pull it off, it's Nicole and her crazy work ethic.

This way, she would have Dirty dancing and Cats to keep her name a bit relevant in the US and X factor for the UK. A nice platform for new music on both sides of the world.

The good thing with all this Cats nonsense is that Nicole's name has been on the news these days. Any press is good press I guess. She's also going to attend the Cannes film festival these days, she's already there probably and she finished shooting Dirty Dancing.

The X Fctor will give Nicole expossure, free promo of herself in a lot of ways, relevance in UK again and coins to pay her own music if she wants to... She is still a pop star and a commercial act, I don't know what Cats could contribute commercialy to her right now... She did Cats in London and nothing happens after professionally and I think it could be the same in America because they don't like her.. She needs radio hits and money to release new music, nothing else!!

They showed a clip of Dirty Dancing at the ABC upfronts and apparently it's not being well received by critics. I truly hope it's not a disaster. Or at least Nicole's performance doesn't get slandered.

I just hope she will plug some music on the show. It is ridiculous she has done one USA season, a UK season as guest judge, and 2 full seasons and only used the platform to promote a song we have yet to get (Pretty) and her guestjudge spot for Poison

Though I don't see UK radio play her on a frequent level, beside when they have to, unless her label would use some payola
