I give up on Tres Veces Ana. It's perhaps the worst novela I have ever seen.

I can't at the Marcelo/Santiago transformations, so cringey I'm embarrassed for anyone watching it. The whole "one of us has to die" ******** and him being Dr. Jekyll & Hyde is a ****ing joke, what has Televisa become?

When will Ana Lucia meet her family? The original novela showed her in Capitulo 80 and it was only 100 episodes. They're really stretching this out.

If I ****ing hear Remedios (Santiagos fake mom) cry one more time I'm a break my 65 UHD 4K Samsung Curve TV. The most annoying bitch in this boring ass novela. I'm kinda done with Tres Veces Ana. The novela started in May and the Ana Lucia still doesn't know she was kidnapped, Ana Leticia is the only one from her family that has seen her. I haven't seen any of this week's episode because they basically tell you everything important on the trailers

Y'all I was about to have a meltdown on Facebook about our country. There are going to be anti LGBT marriage marches nationwide tomorrow, and a huge turnout is expected which makes me so sad. People didn't ****ing blink an eye at the government murdering 44 students in Guerrero but same-sex marriage? No! We're ****ing machos in Mexico, that's not ok! The Bible says this and that. Biology says it's not natural!! (yes, actual people say this).

I am even sadder cause my friends in Mexico wanted me to move back to Mexico when I graduated college in the US but I am not sure (plus salaries are like super low but the homophobia)

I do love Mexico and recognize that a lot of people are accepting. A minority of people but still.

Mexico is heading down almost the same road as the US:

Marriage rights coming on a state by state basis, most judges in favor of same-sex couples marrying, and the opposition getting angrier and angrier.

The difference is that the US Supreme Court can strike down all the bans at the same time while the Mexican Supreme Court does it by state. Right now Mexico is in its 2004/2008 US stage where people were perched for putting marriage bans on ballots and airing awful commercials to vote for them - in Mexico the promo is mass marches and billboards.

Que triste ver que la gente ignorante marche por una causa tan estúpida y no pueda hacer lo mismo para cosas realmente importantes. Me caga, y me hace sentir mucha decepción.
