I guess, but Jake (to no fault of his own) has no control over this. There's too much talking over each other, too many periods of time where certain candidates aren't speaking, etc. It isn't structured very well.

Notice...Carly said that states have the right to decide what's legal, and what's not. She's right, marijuana is glamorized to young people as an equivalent to alcohol. Both are bad if over consumed. Young kids, and teens don't need easy access to either cause kids, and teens don't have the judgement to say how much is too much.
