I'm still the same from last week
I think I'm eating waaaay too many calories. I'm 6'1 and I eat 1,400 calories a day since that's what a MyFitnessPal tells me. Also, I've been eating way too many bananas. I'd eat 4 a day. This week I'm eating none. I also measured my waist too.
Should I eat back my calories after I burn them?

Bananas are the last thing you want to eat if you want to cut weight.

I got my Noom app. Love it.
I try to walk 10.000 steps 4 days a week
And workout for a full hour (cardio/strength) in a small group with a trainer 3 days a week.
I'm having trouble eating healthy though. I just love junk food.
Goal: flat belly, toned legs and arms. Nice butt!

What's your bulking diet? I came off a cut a week ago and I need some inspiration other than chicken breasts, rice, tuna, eggs, sweet potatoes, vegetables and oats.

Bulking with a special diet doesn't go well for me. So I just eat everything in sight. Works better.

I can't. I tried and I just end up getting fat. I put on fat really easily so I am gonna try and bulk up as clean as possible.
Although that being said, I celebrated the end of my 4 month cut last week with some friends at a Chinese all you can eat buffet. I literally walked around like this whilst putting everything on my plate:

I lost 5lbs this week. Started dieting and running back in August, and lost 28lbs up until December when I stopped, and restarted last Sunday. In the time between December and last Sunday I gained 10lbs, so now I'm still 23lbs less than I was last August which to me is pretty good. I have another 23lbs to lose until I reach my goal weight, which I'd hopefully lose by early/mid-June barring any unfortunate circumstances.
I feel a lot fitter and better than I did even back in November at my lowest weight though. I also think I look fitter but I don't know, I'm still pretty chubby lmao I'm going to start mixing in P90X into my routine since running doesn't challenge me enough sometimes and I feel like I'm light enough now to take it on - I tried in January and I did pretty well but struggled finishing.

I gave up on my bulk because my face was just like getting so fat and this was a clean bulk so I was like wtf
Egg white and ham omelettes though, peanut butter is always good, quinoa?
but in reality when I first started lifting and bulked I ate everything I could find so it was dirty.
so I'm on the same cut boat as you

I'm only 2.5 weeks into my cut; supplements I'm taking:
Cellucor HD 2 pills in the AM, 1 in the evening before my work outs, just regular whey protein like a serving 2/3 times a day, BCAA infused water throughout the day including during my workouts [It's plain so I hate the taste but I've gotten used to it], and Glutamine pills before/after working out and I can already see my abs again
I started my cut at 178 lbs and I'm 168 2.5 weeks later. Probably mostly water weight. It's SO easy for me to lose weight. I just have to maintain a strict diet though and hopefully with all the **** [BCAA, glutamine] I'm taking I'm not losing much muscle.

I need to learn how to clean bulk. I feel like I am gaining weight, but the wrong kind of weight. Any suggestions?

I really need to start building muscle mass. Enlighten me. For example; what are some good protein enhancers?

I am finally going back to the gym this week, I'm fully recovered from my knee injury so I'll be using this thread a lot now.

I don't count calories, but I've cut out bread, all snacks, I eat 3 meals a day (occasionally 4 since I eat dinner at like 5pm and I get hungry, but my extra evening meal is usually just a wrap or two filled with salad if I have it) and nothing else. I mean it's nothing amazing, but slow and steady wins the race, and that combined with exercise can have you losing 3+ pounds a week if you stick to it.
I see very little point in doing crazy diets if your aim is to lose weight, because it's supposed to be a long-term lifestyle change, or you will just put weight on again.
