Cute but nothing special, the cloud wings are ok I suppose. Her design is better than most generic birds but her usability is... well trying to evolve her was painful for me tbh, aided by the fact she evolves late for a flying-type. I definitely think her superior evolution gave her a boost in the ratings, cause by herself she isn't much. I like her cry though.

Phresh actually thinks she is "cute you might overlook her though if you didn't know she evolved into a dragon." Stop, don't trigger another war about how Altaria is a dragon.
