I don't really like her still but there is NO denying that Radioactive is such an ethereal bop. So good.

Talking about movies
Quote:
The Weinstein Company will release its Jake Gyllenhaal boxing pic Southpaw wide on July 31. This is the movie directed by Antonine Fuqua and scripted by Sons Of Anarchy‘s Kurt Sutter and Richard Wenk about Junior Middleweight Champion Billy “The Great” Hope, a lefty champ who loses everything in a personal tragedy and is forced to fight his way to redemption.
Forest Whitaker, Rachel McAdams, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Rita Ora, Naomie Harris and Victor Ortiz co-star.

Some people are saying that she's rehearsing for the Oscars and working on the album at the same time, that's why she dissapeared. But I dunno if it's true.

I hope its true. Do we have a 100% confirmation that she's performing at the Oscars? Also why is she still working on the album?

No, we don't have. Maybe some info about this will come next week.
I talked with her sister a few days ago and she said that Rita is re-recording a lot of songs that were almost finished, recording new songs, I think that she re-worked on the entire album, changed the concept... She's working very hard on this right now. The only confirmed songs on the album are Poison, Testosterone and IWNLYD.

Just for fun I've made this list of people that were on studio with her since she started to work on the album, and it's a bit insane to see all this names right now and think that she's still working on that damn album.
- Jay Z
- Calvin Harris (I Will Never Let You Down + 3 scrapped songs)
- MNDR (Get a Little Closer)
- Switch (Get a Little Closer)
- Prince (Ain't About to Stop, Single Most Amazing, Champagne Kisses)
- DJ Mustard
- The Dream
- Diane Warren (Grateful + one song)
- Nicky Romero
- DJ Fresh (one scrapped song)
- The Invisible Men (Main producer of the album: A Little More, Out of Love and other songs)
- The Arcade (Main producer of the album: Grateful, A Little More, Out of Love and other songs)
- Sia
- Diplo (Testosterone and maybe Poison)
- Dev Hynes
- Isa Machine
- Charli XCX (They made Doing It but she wrote a song for Rita)
- Ester Dean (Unfair)
- Kuk Harrell
- Semi Precious Weapons (The vocalist wrote a song called "Sick of This" for Rita)
- Mike WiLL Made It
- Future
- Joel Compass
- Jarrad Rogers
- Mark Ronson
- will.i.am (a rumored song called "Disco Fever")
- Tommy Brown (They done two songs right after the Calvin thing on the TCAs)

What is she waiting for?
But if she changed the concept of the album, does that mean that most of these songs are going to be scrapped? Will OOL,GALC, and ALM will ever see the light of day
Asfor 50SOG, I'll watch for Jamie Dornan and the soundtrack (too bad Rita's not in it). I'm not expecting much tbh, giving me Twilight teas with a hot lead

I know that she sold Last Love for one indie label, like Grateful was, maybe the song will be used for another soundtrack, so I don't think that this song will be used on the album.
GALC and Poison are pretty much confirmed on the album. A Little More probably will be on the album too, and since The Invisible Men is the main producer of the album, I think that she doesn't scrapped Out of Love.
Unfair is probably scrapped, I was hoping to see the song on a deluxe edition but I lost my hope. She recorded a lot of songs to keep this ORA-scrapped track on the next album, even since she said that song will be released at some point in the future.
An acoustic demo of Champagne Kisses surfaced online a few months ago and I hope that Rita don't use that song, even that Prince wrote it, it's a bit...
I think that the point for Rita right now isn't just drop an album. She (and her label) wants to drop an album with the right songs, because it's her worldwide debut. When she was starting to grow up on US with IWNLYD we had that Calvin situation and everything was messed up... I think that she's finding the right songs to make it happen.
