Britney was on JIVE at the time, not RCA and Dr. Luke was the executive producer of Femme Fatale, so he would of had a lot more flexibility. Right now, RCA is stopping Luke because I'm sure he is the executive producer for this new album. I'm pretty certain.

Also you'd probably be able to take home some of those HUGE in-store promo posters that are displayed around the store to promote the record. The people at my HMV usually just take them (when they like the artist) or recycle them (when they don't). And lots of record stores offer discounts for employees, I'm pretty sure.

I'd totally apply at my local HMV but I know way too many people who work there, and not all of them like me anymore, so it'd be kinda awk. Which really sucks because it'd seriously be like the perfect job for me right now.

I want to work at a record store, but most of them have died in Australia. The typical kind anyway.
All we really have left is JB Hi-Fi. A job there would be nice though. I always look through the massive CD section there.
We used to have HMV here, both in Sydney and Brisbane city but they're gone. I remember seeing the TiK ToK single there.
