I think the 5th single will be released in August for sure, later than that does NOT make sense.
But I doubt they will ANNOUNCE very early before the release. I like the information about they read/listen to fans' opinions for the next single release though.
WILDEST DREAMS release reminds me STYLE, it will give chart performance a little bit rest (I said this before the release of STYLE) at 1989's high standard.

Singles do NOT need to be beautiful (Even though it helps). The most important is they should let people talk about and are easier to remember. The excellent and relatable lyrics and sick beats of NEW ROMANTICS make it a perfect single choice, not to mention it's from and will help deluxe edition.
But 5th single will be the last important single choice for this era COMMERCIALLY, I'm here for NEW ROMANTICS. After that, 6th single or more, WILDEST DREAMS or even my favorite CLEAN (Even though she's so happy now) can take over.
