After an eight-year album hiatus — and marrying actor Josh Duhamel in 2009 and giving birth to her first son Axl in 2013 — the diva is teasing her long-overdue sophomore album with its lead single, “L.A. Love (La La).”
“This is just a calling out. This is just, ‘What’s up everybody? I’m coming back,’ and this is just saying, ‘hello,’” she adds, refusing to issue any details on her forthcoming project. “Oh, I’m not going to give away what everything sounds like. No, not now. You got to wait for that. This is just a tease.”
