That's only theorizing. We see it as them being the same actors so we would assume she sees them the same way. If you look at the seasons individually, wouldn't you say that she sees them the same way we do? So why does it change when you bridge them together?

Not really, for a show that prides itself on being smart and complex that's a pretty silly move to make
