21st Century Girl is a sign that Willow is not ready to release an album yet. It would not sell well. WMH was a sensation but didn't solidify her a fanbase whatsoever. And judging by the quality of 21st Century Girl I doubt it will be taking off (I'm sorry but I think it's terrible - WMH was much better - & charming).
