There were rumors but Bush's campaign earlier today said those were not true rumors
I have no idea how credible this journalist is, but he says "UPDATED: Bush campaign vehemently denies there was a call or that the campaign is out of money. I stand by the story."

I can't remember the exact poll, but I remember reading somewhere that Bernie does best with college students and those with bachelors degrees. Hillary does better with those w/o college education and those with advanced degrees.
The poll from NBC was about the South Carolina primaries, not the general election. As for that poll that had Trump trailing, it was an outlier poll. Meaning, it was an observation that didn't fall in line with other polls.
What? That guy had no idea what he was talking about, just like anyone else who asserts she "made promises" or some **** during those speeches.
This stupid ****ing Wall Street speech thing, good lord. Obama had more donors from Wall Street, Hillary has listed her Wall Street history a hundred damn times, etc. People need to wake up and smell the dying roses and move on.
So it looks like majority of the young black voters are not falling in line with Bernie's domination among the millennials. He's doing well with them, but not the 70 - 80% + advantage that he is accustom to with white liberals. Interesting.

I'm confused why people want to see the transcripts... it's a speaking event, if there were secret nefarious deals, it wouldn't have been at a speaking event with an audience... the "worst" thing she probably said is something like "wall street is an important part of the American economy"

That doesn't bode well for him if he can't win the millennials, even if they're nonwhite. We'll see tomorrow how he does with Latinos (who btw can still be classified as white or nonwhite so it'll be harder to tell).
I think for now it's in his best interest to try to close the black vote gap in SEC states rather than South Carolina. It doesn't look likely that he'll win there and he doesn't have too much time either. SEC is a bit farther away
Super Tuesday is his last chance. If he doesn't pull within the top 3 in mos to the SEC states, he's DONE. Cruz and Trump will probably split those states with Rubio clutching to 3rd for his dear life. Look for Carson to possibly drop out after South Carolina. Money is tightening up. With Bush, he still has the funds to proceed, but Carson doesn't have anywhere near the bank that Jeb does.

Honestly, I disagree. I've said all along, he needs to be in the midwest, west coast, and northeast making up ground. If he can get Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Missouri, Mass, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Minnesota and such....new ball game and momentum. He's not going to take the southern states. He's just not going to. What people aren't saying enough about is that it's not just about the black vote, but understanding what kind of voters those southern blacks are. They aren't hardcore left liberals like Bernie, they're more old school Moderate Democrats like Hillary and Bill were circa the 1990's. Do I think the younger folks are leaning to the left? Yes, I do! And that's a good thing for the future of the party. However, the Silent Generation, the Baby Boomers Generation are still moderate leans. Generation X tends to be where the split of moderate to liberal begins...to me that is.
The populist and wall street speech only speaks and carry weight with them so far. They want more talks of Criminal Justice Reform, Education (Pre-K to 12th ALONG WITH college), Job Market, and Wages (which is a strong topic of his that he doesn't peak a lot about with them...he ventures to wall street more than hammering that issue in).
Bernie can still hit his points and strengths while trimming/building leads in the states I mentioned above. Time is not on his side, so he needs to go where his core demographics are receptive to his ideas. But that's just my analysis.

You're totally right. His path starts and ends with the Northeast and West. He needs to at least draw even in the Midwest and lessen the blow in the South. He won't win much of the South (won't win anything really) but you can't lose states like Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennesee (and other huge delegate rich primaries) by 25+ points. You just won't win that way. Doesn't matter how well you do everywhere else losing the biggest states by those margins spells a loss overall. He needs to run up new england (something he may do), take a few states in the middle states (I only see him possibly winning Maryland or Delaware there though), run up the West (including CA which I don't know if he can win but he needs to if he wants to offset TX) and draw even at least, if not slightly win the mid west (He won't win Michigan though).
It was always such a narrow path for him but nothing is impossible
She deflected on the transcript question He's still voting for Bernie and an endorsement won't change that You can't say he felt dumb when his Twitter is saying the opposite
I can't stand this same sex marriage argument... Even Bernie was against at one point in his life. Almost everyone above the age of 40 evolved on the issue of same-sex marriage.
Bernie's biggest challenge will be SC and Super Tuesday. SC could turn into a blowout 40-point win for Clinton with her current momentum there, and several Super Tuesday states look likely to follow suit.
Devastating losses in the next two weeks outside Nevada, Mass., and his home state could fundamentally alter the dynamic to be once again strongly in Clinton's favor and could effectively shut down his chances of winning. If he doesn't play it smart - and if he loses Nevada - things could head south really quickly, because her momentum in the rest of the country will pick up strong if she really smashes these next two weeks.

It was either an attempt to make her look bad or, since it looked like he actually got emotional for a second, has stuck in 2004 and doesn't understand that most of the damn country shifted on gay marriage. I was one of the people shouting from the roof tops when it was allowed, but I'm also shouting for Hillary and was proud when she came out in support for it.
I love how unmoved black voters are in the face of the Sanders hysteria.
People always talk about how blacks vote whichever way the (D) wind blows, but our Clinton support despite the media pushing Bernie on us shows that its much more than that.

Nothing to do with Obama (Hillary wouldn't even dare say something negative about him). If there was nothing wrong with her speeches, there's no way she wouldn't release them to shut people up. She could even win over some voters who might have problems trusting her. There's a bigger reason to why she's not releasing them.
MSNBC had segment about it on the news today so I don't think this will be going away any time soon. Bernie should keep pressing her on this because it's an easy way to question her trustworthiness and honesty.
That's all I can think any time someone brings this up - who cares?
Bernie doesn't get a golden ticket for being early and Hillary shouldn't be penalized for arriving to the party when everyone else did. There are far more important issues this year and we should take this into account.
