Maybe she didn't know her team is giving info and was asking to see the source that announce it. But i think it's true. She said that she wanted to do a movie musical and that she's been talking with friends about projects, so i guess Dirty Dancing is the perfect movie for her.

She's been snubbed since they never even gave her music a chance, not just the Grammy's but the entire US. Both Don't Hold Your Breath and Run could have easily be nominated in the Best Pop Vocal category.
Also, she's the one that can "STEAL THE SHOW" with her powerhouse vocals and no one will expect it since most people still think she's a mediocre singer.
Could a Memory performance actually happen?

Maybe this is why she's been keeping a low profile these past few weeks. And why she didn't mention anything about Cats. Maybe she'll be announced as the star of the revival followed by a Memory performance?
She tweeted that she's working hard and she's staying away from social media, so maybe that's the reason?

I know i'm being WAYY optimistic, but why not:?

I think there's a bigger possibility of a performance than a nomination. I mean, the Hamilton cast is performing. And it's a Broadway show.
Andrew is a legend and very respected in the industry. I'm sure if they wanted, they could make it happen.

It really wouldn't hurt if she would drop a stand-alone single. BFL dropped October 2014, so it's almost 1.5 years since her last album and event hough we know OTR and Run, the big public doesn't know those songs.

I wouldn't mind if she keeps working on the album, while doing Cats and other things. But it would be wise (even though it won't happen) top drop a stand-alone single to keep a bit of buzz around her. Even though all signs are that she is not here for the easy commercial succes anymore.

She easily could drop something that showcases her vocals, and a sort of really early teaser towards her album. Along with Cats an other things she will possibly do, it would be a nice way to put all spotlights on her for the right reasons, while not being gone too long from the public's mind/eye.

I actually LOVE how she's been staying quite now. She always used to hype up everything she did, and we would always end up being disappointed. Now, it seems like she wants to keep her projects under wrap. I think she's planning something big.
