Well, there are much better indie Alternative acts than Foster the People, such as Noah and the Whale, but it's good to see a song like that among songs like PRA and LFN.

I think this Fall there won't be majority dance/pop in the top ten. Cheers, Y&I, Someone Like You, Pumped Up Kicks, etc. will continue the diversity.

To many people, those songs weren't that great to begin with. There seems to be a mixed bag with "You & I" as well.

It was below #450 before the performances so they helped quite nicely imo.

The performances helped both songs gets exposure. US promo helps but in other countries the effect is much greater.

I had to listen to it a couple of times for it to grow on me. The iTunes preview really doesn't do it justice. Yet another reason Spotify rocks.

I think it's done well for the promo it got. Also considering the So You think performance was awful.
