most of the season was pretty average tho, like in the middle. I'd give it C- overall, but the last eps were on point. Except the final ep was kinda anti-climactic with the mayor turning into a monster and all. it wasn't as intense and scary as they were making the build-up. and when they got the whole graduating class to fight off the monsters it seemed so... lackluster. like, the plot wasn't that well thought-out. I wish they thought of a more intelligent way to defeat him. I mean, they did all that research and whatever when in the end they just blow him up? seemed like a cop-out cuz they couldn't think of anything more clever.
but whatever, on to s4. I hope it's better, so far it seems kinda "meh" with the whole Buffy adjusting to college life, even tho i know that's essential in character building. It's just like, let's get to the main plotline now tho.

Season 4 doesn't pickup till like ep 6 or whatever ep is after Beer Bad. Gerl... the Angelus storyline arc >>>>. Everything about it was perfect including Jenny Calendar's death which needed to happen. Also, I hope you noticed how TVD stole the Angelus storyline for Stefan jnjjnjnj, like those bitches thought they were sneaky but NO! You're about to become a resident of Dykeville and I'm getting with a soldier.

but the Angelus storyline was s2, no? That was the best season so far.
My problem with s3 was just that it started off so weird. I mean, Buffy came back from ha roadtrip and then everything was so weird between ha and her friends. & then they were alright & then the whole Xander/Willow cheating storyline was just DUMB. Like, it made NO sense whatsoever. & then they all became friends again & they were doing stuff but there was no "main villain." I mean, the mayor had his scenes but he didn't D0 anything. The whole season I felt no threat, just random filler episodes where they fight the monster of the week. & then Faith became evil & it picked up from there but then that was already ep16/17 so there was like 5 eps left...


& yea, I start to notice all the similarities between Buffy & Vampire Diaries. Even Teen Wolf & Sailor Moon.

It wasn't exactly weird, they were just pissed at her for running off and not telling them anything so once they had a convo and came to an understanding it was all good. Lawd... if you're bothered by the lack of a real big bad in this season just wait till season 6, like after the epicness that was Glory it is a bit of a let down in terms of enemies until the Willow thing. And speaking of that Glory will give you LIFE!

Derek would be Tuxedo Mask, if Tuxedo was broodier and muscular.

no, I get it, it's just that it made a weird character dynamic and was so oddly solved.
