But I will say, I've been giving Hard GraCandy a lil bit of my time over the past few days and I forgot how many gems it has. It isn't as bad as an album as I usually think of it as. I have decided that it has replaced MDNR in my fav-least fav Madonna albums, and no longer has the title of my least favorite. Poor MDNR

It's no coincidence her 2 best albums came after her divorce (although she was technically still married to Guy when HC came out, we all now they were no longer a couple - so much so that only 5 months after its release , they officially divorced) : Like a Prayer and Hard Candy (you can add Ray of Light to the mix if you want but that one is due to maternity) .
With Hard Candy, she's making a big statement regarding self empowerement (especially after your marriage or any other relationship comes to an end and love itself comes to an end too ) .
She's saying a BIG 'FU' to everything that led to it, the marriage itself, saying you're gonna be ok no matter what.
At the same time, she's unashamedly speaking about things she loves and everything in between .
So, I stand by what I said, it's her best album

I would love to but I have no idea what to do for Music, Bedtime Stories and I tried a Dita one but it looked ****. I also tried a geisha one for Ray Of Light but nnn tragic.
The 80s is really limited. Like, crucifix earrings? It's too hard to fit her iconic looks into a small headshot.

Hard Candy is one of Madonna's best albums and the Stcky & Sweet Tour is her best ever tour.

Rebel Heart (song) is a masterpiece in all it's forms. So good. Her next album needs to go in that direction lyrically and thematically again; I wouldn't mind a Stevie Nicks-esque album next time. I doubt that'll happen though.
Am I seeing people implying Ray of Light is lackluster and/or boring? Tasteless. You clearly meant Music.

HBC is okay but it's just okay. Could have been better. Joan of Arc and Ghosttown (if they are considered ballads) >>>.
Also, Auto-Tune Baby is truly a guilty pleasure, in all it's versions. Anyone disagreeing is tasteless.
