I kinda hope she releases in 2017. She could really push the era with three more singles and tour more countries and still have time to be with Andrea.
It would be amazing. Tour the rest of Europe and Latin America in 2016, with time in between the tour dates to take care of Andrea, then go back and do a second leg in some US cities and then have end of 2016 and start of 2017 to write and finish the album.
I still think she should release Fall 2017, she shouldn't change the Q4 releases imo.

I would do it but they're so pathetic they'll find any excuse to still attack her so I'm trying to avoid it, they can fume all they want, she stays winning. They think they're 'above' us. It's kinda funny

I agree, but it is definitely wrong, the way they think. What I believe, though, is that deep down in their brains, they know the truth (That Taylor owns the world right now!) and they know it is true but cannot accept it because it would be denying their faves. In fact, the more anti-Swift that they are, the more it proves Taylor's dominance. If Taylor were some little unknown 'indie' singer, you wouldn't get this much hatred. It is like being a 'sore' loser. 'Waah! She is so much better than my fave (They say this in the back of their mind). I can't accept this, they say. And so they say "NO! she is 'mean and calculated' and the 'Star' magazine proves it (they say so that they can support their denial), But, I think that is going to come along with being the top Pop star in the world! Perhaps in 50 years when they grow up, they will be looking at the history books and see Taylor's success written over the pages and wonder why they were so blinded.

Listened to Ronan for the first time today and wept a little bit. That was so beautiful and so sad. Reminded me of a little nephew of mine that had to leave too early for this world.

Definitely. ATRL way of thinking is something like this.
FROM "Oh see, this person became succesful, let me stan so I can pull out receipts and drag people" TO "Everyone likes them now, let me pretend I don't like them to look original, indie , mature and above everyone who listens to crappy mainstream music xD!!!11" AND FINALLY "this person's success became a threat for my fave, let me pretend they're evil and problematic so I can drag them and my fave is safe again"
That is literally Taylor for them. If she wasn't as successful and powerful, they wouldn't even bother.

the Ed Droste thread has opened my eyes so much, but not about Taylor herself, but rather, about how impossible it is to reason with haters. once they've already decided to hate you, they'd turn a blind eye to all the good things you do but eviscerate you over the minutest, most unfounded crap possible. There's a reason why Taylor wrote a song about shaking it off rather than reasoning with people who hate you.
just shake it off guys. let them stay pressed.

EHC was always going to be a single, lol. She didn't work with Ed and bring him on tour just to be an album cut.
Funny how they definitely had all of Red's singles planned before the album's release, whereas 1989 is one of those "any song could be released" albums.
Poor SOG, HG, IAD never stood a chance.
