I think Duets is going to pull an easy 7-9 million. With the heavy promo it's been getting on ABC (especially during the DWTS finale) it will premiere decently. It will drop off the second week as pretty much every show does as a lot of people will tune in for the curiosity factor.. but hopefully after a few weeks it picks up and stays steady and goes out with a bang.
True, apart from that I can't fault them though, when Duets was first announced I thought it sounded like a flop rip-off, but it's actually got it's own personality and it genuinely doesn't feel like AI or X-Factor.
Duets feels like Dancing With The Stars more than American Idol IMO it is kind of like Singing with the stars...

Agreed, MKIA is a mess. I mean its a good picture, except for the fact Kelly looks miserable and the photo ages her by about 40 years. If she was doing some sort of smirk or even if they could have just photoshopped those awful age lines from around her mouth.
