I think so. The song BTW itself has a great video, great direction, a great message, and is an awesome song entirely.
The album itself is an inspirational smash, and with inspiration as its theme it is timeless for those struggling in need of a song to pick them up when they're down.

It depends. If they go on hype, it will go to Adele. If they go on quality or critical acclaim, it could go to Kanye.
I don't think Adele is a dead cert to sweep. Remember Eminem last year? People are comparing her to Norah and Amy, but her critical response is nowhere near as positive as those; both of those reach the threshold for 'universal acclaim' on Metacritic.
