I don't folow her touring enough to know if her tour ending in December is supposed to mean good things about an October 2016 album or if she will most likely add more shows the first half of 2016 and probably mess up her 2 year release and wait until May 2017 or something.
that said, a video released in late August will work for the fall era so whatever sounds best in the fall should work and then a november video will work the winter months.

Probably she will do this:
If she releases WD now, and we get a 6th single, it will be NR with a tour video, late November, she won't do more promo, at all, just release it to radio to have a single for the holiday's sales. It will be dead on radio in January-Early February
In December, after the Oceania's leg, she will take a rest, and will start recording in January and early feabruary.
After grammy's, she won't appear anywhere, she will do some more tour dates, outside of the us, around March-April, there she won't get more special guests so she won't make more headlines.
Then she will keep recording, and release her lead single from T6 in August or September 2016.
Basically, she will try to disappear from the public eye for 6-7 months before doing it.
