This might be a reference that only Nick could get, but imagine if Kelly from Real Housewives of New York and Danielle, formerly of Real Housewives of New Jersey, had a love child sometime in the mid/late 80s (obviously, Kelly provided the sperm) and dropped it off in West Virginia. 10-14 years later, that child would grow up to be ... Nathan.
