Bieber seems to be on course for his sixth No. 1 album on the chart. His new Purpose set, released Nov. 13, could open atop the Billboard 200 chart with over 525,000 in equivalent album units.

Of that sum, perhaps 450,000 will consist of pure album sales. If Purpose sells as expected, it will earn Bieber his largest sales week yet, surpassing the 374,000 start of 2012’s Believe.

Aiming for a No. 2 start on the chart is One Direction’s fifth studio album, Made in the A.M., which could launch with over 475,000 units (of which 400,000 to 425,000 could be pure album sales).

Nothing is final yet but things are looking great for him so far, I just gotta keep streaming and hope for the best!!

Really though these numbers are amazing for both. Anything that high in this climate is outstanding, and it's always great to increase from your previous album (which is the case for JB and 1D).

It's gonna be so exciting having 3 huge debuts in just 2 weeks with Adele coming next week. As someone who's been lowkey depressed about how sales have gone down it makes me so happy.

I don't even care if Justin has the biggest debut of the year or not (he won't cause Adele). At least it'll be his personal best, and again, amazing numbers for 2015.

It's not surprising one directions predictions went down because with them they have a huge Stan base but not many casual fans. The stans all bought it the first day.It really doesn't matter though they will still have excellent numbers.
